As a Store Manager, you'll run a busy store with a large team and significant financial turnover, creating exceptional customer experience while managing multiple department leaders and driving sales targets. This is a senior leadership role where you'll coach and develop your team, manage store operations, drive commerciality through smart product placement, and maximise profitability through driving sales and KPIs with your team. This can also be used for friends and family Access to our Employee Assistance Program & Mental Health champions New people system designed to improve your employee experience Anniversary gifts to celebrate teams' milestones Paid parental leave for full-time employees STORE INFOMATION Turnover of store: 10-15 Million Team Size: 50+ Team Structure breakdown: Store Manager; Assistant Manager; 3IC; Senior In-Store Visual Merchandiser; Junior Visual Merchandiser; 3x Department Manager (Footwear, Apparel, Back of House), 4x Supervisors (POS, Back of House, Apparel and Footwear), 5x FT Sales, 25+ Casuals and 10+ Seasonal Casuals WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE Experience coaching teams to deliver exceptional service and build customer loyalty Proven ability to drive consistent service standards across multiple departments while maintaining a seamless customer experience BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Proven track record of hitting sales targets and managing budgets Experience using data and reports to drive profitability and identify opportunities COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS Strong retail operations experience with efficient process management Experience leading back-of-house teams with high-volume deliveries Understanding of driving profit through using reports and smart product placement PEOPLE LEADERSHIP Experience managing department managers or large full-time teams, plus planning who can step up into future roles Proven ability to build a positive team culture through coaching and recognising good work Track record of hiring and developing strong retail staff Experience managing underperformance and maintaining team standards We are passionate about connecting with driven and skilled individuals who are invested in their development, so that together we can evolve our brand's success, alongside evolving your career.
