Incrementar las cifras de ventas mediante acciones continuas, proactivas y orientadas al rendimiento. Implementar profesionalmente los estándares de imagen y merchandising visual de toda la empresa. Garantizar una organización eficiente del almacén de acuerdo con los procesos internos y las directrices de la empresa. Mejora continuamente tu rendimiento mediante la participación regular en sesiones de formación, reuniones de tienda y talleres. Lograr de forma fiable los objetivos anuales, estacionales, mensuales y semanales, teniendo en cuenta los indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI) pertinentes. Impartir formación a los empleados sobre el conocimiento del producto y el servicio al cliente, e identificar cuanto antes las necesidades de formación adicionales. Qualifications Al menos 3 años de experiencia en el sector del prêt-à-porter de alta gama. Pasión por la moda y buen conocimiento del sector y sus tendencias. Excelente nivel de servicio al cliente. Buena reputación y excelentes habilidades comunicativas y relacionales. Excelentes habilidades para trabajar en equipo y resolver problemas.
