JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to lead our supermarket operations. The Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, achieving sales targets, maintaining high customer service standards, and managing staff performance.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in supermarkets/hypermarkets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of retail operations, sales, and inventory control.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and retail POS/ERP systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Supermarket/ Hypermarket: 3 years (Preferred)

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Monitor stock levels, coordinate with inventory and purchasing teams, and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Manage cash handling, sales reporting, and expense control.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
  • Conduct regular store inspections to ensure cleanliness, merchandising, and visual displays.
  • Plan staff schedules, allocate duties, and monitor performance.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and financial reports.
