JOB SUMMARY

Sharama Royale is a fast-growing, customer-focused shawarma and Middle Eastern food restaurant. We pride ourselves in delivering fresh, flavorful meals with exceptional service. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations and ensure a smooth, efficient, and friendly dining experience along with an ability to manage and lead an energetic team. A person who will serve as a backbone for our store!

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in store management or a similar role within the food service or quick service restaurant.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
  • Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
  • Proficient in math skills for cash handling and financial reporting.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and customer service standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle a fast-paced environment.
  • How to manage numbers regarding P&L.
  • Fluent English is a requirement.
  • Knowledge of Arabic is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct interviews and hire new staff members while providing ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • Monitor food safety and hygiene practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
  • Manage employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to foster a positive work environment and address any issues that arise.
  • Perform regular audits of store performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
