EXPERIENCE

• Candidates should have experience within retail and as a Supervisor, Team Leader Duty / Assistant or Store Manager level from Superstores, convenience or big box retail and / or petrol station forecourt environment.
• Managing and motivating teams

JOB PURPOSE

The main responsibility is to manage a retail service station and forecourt.

DUTIES

• Manage all aspects of the store operation, leading the delivery of excellent customer service and high operational standards
• Lead the financial performance of the store
• Manage and coach a store team, deliver customer service and operational excellence
• Have a passion for delivering KPI’s and increasing customer loyalty
• HSSE awareness
• Manage stock, cash, waste & ensuring daily routines are adhered to
• Manage store facilities to maintain brand image
• Manage a broad range of products including Grocery & Beers Wines & Spirits
• Process colleague payroll and associated routines to manage accurate labour costs
• Maintain adequate controls to identify and resolve any fraudulent activity
• Manage the performance of self and others within agreed limits
• Recruit, train and retain colleagues to deliver the very best service to our customers
• Lead the team to ensure they deliver to brand and customer experience standards
