STORE MANAGER (HARROGATE)

We are Sosandar, one of the UK’s fastest growing online fashion brands for chic and stylish women; worn by celebs and influencers galore.
At Sosandar, we are constantly striving to push boundaries and take our business to the next level. 2024 was a very exciting year for us as we opened up our very own bricks & mortar stores for the first time!
We are seeking a passionate Store Manager to join us in our Harrogate store. If you are someone who has a love for fashion, an eye for style, loves connecting with people and thrives in an environment of ownership and autonomy then this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities

You will be a Sosandar Brand ambassador, leading the team by example to;
- Sell our chic, stylish and fashionable women’s clothing range with confidence
- Be able to articulate the best clothing items for the customers body shape and or end use requirements
- Have a range of selling techniques which gives the customer a brilliant customer experience whilst converting into a sale

  • Be present on the shop floor ensuring retail standards and customer services are delivered at all times.

  • You will thrive in an environment with targets and see your KPI’s as an opportunity along with motivating your teams

  • Foster an environment of passion, enthusiasm and knowledge of the brand demonstrating in depth product knowledge
  • Visual merchandising to showcase the Sosandar brand and drive performance.
  • Develop and drive sales in store, continually identifying opportunities for growth and positively impacting KPI’s.
  • Manage and control costs and influence commercial decisions.
  • Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of Sosandar’s brand, product and customer – driving passion for other store team members and our customers.
  • Act as an escalation point for any customer queries or concerns quickly and effectively, leaving them with a positive experience.
  • Coach and develop your team to the highest standard
  • Network and build relationships with internal and external business partners
  • Be innovative and comfortable taking ownership and working with autonomy
  • Leading a team and encouraging that ‘anything is possible’ attitude!

You’ll be the face of our Harrogate Sosandar store.
