JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Store Manager to lead our retail team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in retail management. EXPERIENCE

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in retail management or a similar role with a focus on sales management.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence others effectively.
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions.
  • Experience in recruiting, training & development, and team management.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling procedures.
  • Solid organizational skills with excellent time management abilities.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and staff alike.
  • Familiarity with merchandising techniques and marketing strategies.
