The Co-Manager provides support to the management team, overseeing the daily retail store operations. In the absence of the management team, the Co-Manager acts as the lead, and ensures that assigned tasks are completed, store opening/closing procedures are followed, and employees work safely in a fast-paced environment. In fact, you will have the ability to influence the hiring of the seasonal team you will work with.
