Responsibilities: Achievement of sales target set. Instill a high standard of friendly, professional customer service. Work hand in hand with the Area Manager in the employment of high caliber sales staff and the maintenance of adequate staffing levels. Implementation of an efficient in-store training program. Efficient organization and operation of the shop. Maintenance of sufficient stock level at all times. Education & Experience: Possess pleasant personality and good communication skills. Candidate must possess at least a SPM /STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate in any field. Good interpersonal & follow-up skill, adaptable and result oriented. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in retail / F&B industry. Possess outgoing personality, positive and high energy level. Able to work retail hours (includes weekends and public holidays). Full/ Part-Time positions available.
