As Store Manager, you’ll combine your love of fiber arts with your proven retail leadership skills, shaping a vibrant store experience where both customers and staff feel valued and inspired.

You’ll be the driving force behind the smooth and successful running of the shop. Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering a 5-star, personalized customer experience that delights every visitor.
• Leading, motivating, and developing a team of Sales Associates and Supervisors.
• Driving sales while keeping customer care at the heart of everything.
• Staying knowledgeable about our full product range — from fiber qualities to project results.
• Ensuring the shop always looks its best with beautifully presented displays.
• Managing transactions, promotions, and inventory with accuracy and care.
• Creating a supportive, inclusive, and inspiring workplace culture.
• Taking ownership as a keyholder, ensuring smooth opening and closing procedures.
• Representing the store at monthly management meetings.
