We are looking for passionate hospitality individuals keen to bring their energy and people management expertise to our dynamic team. We are looking for both a Store Manager and a Store Supervisor to lead our team on the journey to ultimate success. We think the following items will help you shine bright:

  • You bring 2-3 years of leadership experience in hospitality or retail (ideally managing a cafe or small-medium sized food establishment), with a flair for mentoring and leading by example
  • Your passion for customer experience and dedication to top-notch product quality make you the perfect conductor for our sweet symphony.
  • In a fast-paced environment, you effortlessly connect with customers, showcasing your problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Multitasking is your superpower, and your organisational skills are the glue that holds everything together.
  • A positive team player with strong communication skills, you’re not just a manager; you’re a supportive guide and a friendly face.
  • Authentic, down-to-earth, and, hey, a love for cake is definitely a bonus!
  • You have completed the online Food Handler Basics certification, and can demonstrate exceptional Food Safety - having Food Safety Supervisor Certification would be highly regarded.
  • You’re excited to be a positive ambassador of the BSP brand.

  • Be the heart of communication, setting expectations, and guiding our talented team to shine in their roles. Partner with HR to coach, counsel, and celebrate their success.
  • Keep the rhythm of our store in harmony by ensuring everyone dances to the same beat of systems, policies, and productivity standards.
  • Craft weekly rosters that are both fair and functional, ensuring a smooth operation within budget requirements.
  • Maintain the sparkle in our workplace – from cleanliness to WHS standards, your attention to detail will keep everything shining.
  • Uphold the legacy of our Strawberry Watermelon Cake by ensuring consistent quality service, resolving any hiccups, and recommending improvements that keep our customers coming back.
