WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store, leading by example to ensure top-quality customer service, operational efficiency, and full compliance with Subway® standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Recruit, induct, and train team members to Subway® brand standards
• Prepare and manage weekly staff rotas
• Oversee deliveries, stock control, daily banking, and reconciliation
• Manage payroll tasks including timesheet and pay preparation
• Control cash flow and reduce waste across the store
• Ensure full compliance with all Subway® and local authority food safety guidelines
• Carry out weekly stock takes and analyse inventory/sales reports to improve performance
• Maintain high store presentation and cleanliness standards
• Implement in-store marketing and promotional material
• Foster a culture of excellent customer service
• Handle escalated or unresolved customer complaints professionally
• Uphold safety procedures and create a safe working environment for both staff and customers
