Summit is a family-run beauty distributor bursting with personality & obsessed with all things hair + beauty. We supply professional beauty, salon, esthetic + spa supplies to industry professionals. Products are what we sell, but people are our priority.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3 years of management experience in a retail environment
• Experience as a professional hairstylist is preferred
• Engage with our clients and understand their needs by consulting with them
• Handle cash, stock shelves, and manage store tasks
• Schedule team members and manage payroll tasks
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions
• Adherence to store policies and standards
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality

THE ROLE

Our client experience begins with you! As the Boutique Manager, you set the tone for our client experience and lead your team by example. You’ll be the go-to person for both your team and clients—creating a warm, welcoming environment while ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency. You’ll guide, coach, and inspire a small team of sales associates, helping them deliver personalized service and reach their potential. You’ll have the opportunity to build lasting client relationships, drive sales, and bring the energy and expertise that makes Summit shine.
