  • Manage payroll, budgeting, and financial reporting to ensure profitability.
  • Supervise daily activities of the store team, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as health and safety regulations.
