Suzanne’s is looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead the team at our brand-new location in Bower Place Mall. With over 50 years of styling and inspiring women across Canada, we are committed to providing our customers with outstanding service and personalized shopping experiences.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As the Store Manager, you will oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring excellence in customer service, driving sales, and building a high-performing team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: Ensure all customers experience personalized and attentive service while fostering a welcoming and inclusive shopping environment.
  • Driving Sales and Achieving Targets: Lead your team to exceed sales goals and key performance indicators through effective planning and strategic execution.
  • Building and Managing a High-Performing Team: Recruit, onboard, train, and coach associates to meet company standards for service, sales, and operational excellence.
  • Strategic Planning and Problem-Solving: Develop and implement strategies to address store challenges, maximize opportunities, and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Overseeing Day-to-Day Operations: Manage scheduling, merchandising, inventory control, and store visual standards to ensure smooth operations and adherence to company policies.
  • Analyzing and Reporting Performance: Monitor sales, customer trends, and team performance, preparing detailed reports and action plans to improve results.
  • Collaborating with Head Office: Communicate regularly on key initiatives, marketing opportunities, merchandise deliveries, and procedural updates to align with company goals.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • 2-4 years of proven experience in retail management, with a strong focus on customer service and sales.
  • A results-driven mindset and the ability to motivate and inspire your team to achieve goals.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities, with a collaborative approach to team building.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
