We are seeking a passionate and driven individual with 2-4 years of Retail Leadership Experience to join our team. The successful candidate will bring their positive, enthusiastic outlook, and their passion for sales and leadership to work collaboratively with our retail team.

Responsibilities

We have deep-rooted clientele between the ages of 35 - 60+ who have supported Suzanne’s for years and appreciate personalized, one-on-one attention. Training and working alongside the District Manager you will be responsible for proactively overseeing and coaching a passionate team of Fashion Associates.

Our Store Managers are at the center of all store activities - ensuring exceptional customer service is being delivered, sales are generated, promotions are highlighted, and participates in all the essential duties that are necessary to the effective execution of day-to-day store operations, including:

  • Managing a team of associates to achieve key performance indicators using appropriate leadership methods.
  • Recording, tallying, and verifying store and individual employee sales targets.
  • Leading and directing strategic planning, store marketing, operations, and scheduling.
  • Overseeing onboarding, training, performance, and support of new associates.
  • Responsible to proactively communicate procedural updates and changes to retail team.
  • Ensuring company customer service delivery standards are achieved through continuous improvement strategies.
  • Preparing reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility for Senior Leadership Team.
  • Collaborating with head office on expected deliveries of new merchandise.
  • Communicate with HO on a regular basis to support clients, store operations, and employee relations.
  • Uphold company culture and core values.
