As Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our new grocery store located in Sylvania, NSW. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the fresh food departments of our bustling supermarket, ensuring top-quality produce and exceptional customer service.

1. Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the whole store
2. Ensure optimal stock levels, freshness, and presentation of all fresh food items
3. Supervise and train a team of fresh food specialists, fostering a positive and productive work environment
4. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability
5. Liaise with suppliers to negotiate favourable pricing and maintain a reliable supply chain
6. Identify and capitalise on market trends and customer preferences to enhance the fresh food offering
7. Monitor and maintain strict compliance with food safety and quality standards
8. Contribute to the overall success of the store by supporting the management team and collaborating across departments
