It’s an incredibly exciting time for our business as we continue to grow, and we’re currently on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Store Manager to lead our Bondi Junction Store.
This is a full-time position, working Tuesday to Saturday, and is a fantastic opportunity to join a brand dedicated to offering a thoughtfully curated selection of the world’s finest baby products. We’re here to ensure every parent feels prepared, supported, and empowered on their journey and we’re looking for someone who shares that vision.

Responsibilities

As the Store Manager, you will be an ambassador of the brand, bringing to life our DNA. We are looking for bold and bright leaders with a passion for customer and team connection, a desire to disrupt and a give a damn attitude.
Reporting directly to The Memo’s Sales & Education Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our Armadale store, fostering a customer-centric culture unparalleled in the industry. The Store Manager will be responsible for executing on the strategy within the day to day operation of the store.
Success looks like; leading, coaching and inspiring your team to deliver measurable results in a high-growth environment. It’s your job to:
1. Create incredible customer experiences in a busy and fast-growing environment.
2. Bring to life the Memo’s feel-good factor by leading our services, events and experiences in store.
3. Collaborative work cross functionally with our Merchandise and Planning, Logistics, Creative, Visual Merchandising and Loss Prevention Teams.
