JOB DESCRIPTION – STORE MANAGER

Location: Buttercrane Shopping Centre Newry
Reports to: Area Manager

• Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve sales targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through product knowledge and personal service.
• Ensure the store is presented to the highest visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
• Manage stock levels, deliveries, and inventory control to minimise loss and maximise availability.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and care.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
