Originating from Hong Kong desserts, Tongsui is the only new fusion Asian dessert shop in the bay area. Tongsui crafts premium desserts and drinks made fresh in store daily. We are hiring: Store Manager at the Palo Alto location
As the Store Manager, you will oversee all aspects of store operations, including staff management, customer satisfaction, inventory control, and financial performance. You will lead by example, fostering a positive work environment while driving business growth and maintaining brand standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ years of related experience
• Details oriented, highly responsive and stress resistant.
• Great attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit
• Experience in people management
• Cantonese or Mandarine is a plus

Job Types:

• Full-time, 40 hours/week (weekends as needed)
• Part-time, no less than 30hours/ week(weekends as needed)

Pay range:

• $6,000-$8,000/month
