THE OPPORTUNITY
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated, experienced Pizzeria Manager, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is available during all shifts. As the Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team that consistently follows brand standards to ensure that we keep our customers satisfied so that they return often and recommend us to others. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all team members work towards providing the best tasting pizza on time and as promised.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Managing the pizzeria in an effective and efficient manner while maintaining superior customer service and satisfaction
- Provide direction to the team during shift; acts as a coach and mentor, role modeling the expectations of customer service and upholding Topper’s standards
- Coaching, educating and motivating the team to maintain a high-quality customer service experience
- Management of our customer loyalty through Google Reviews, POS reports, email and positive interactions with the Customer Care Centre
- Ensure cleaning and maintenance schedules are followed to maintain cleanliness of equipment and pizzeria in general
- Building sales and maximizing profits by effectively interacting, developing, and communicating our company and customer expectations to the entire team
- Dispatch orders for delivery to maximize ATD times and efficiencies
- Provide effective Dough Management, Prep Management and equal assignment of duties
- Management of food costs to established targets
- Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed
- Identifies opportunities for sales building through community involvement
- Execution of local store marketing initiatives to build brand awareness and loyalty
- Make great Pizza!
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
· High school Diploma/GED or College Diploma
· 2-3 years of supervisory or management experience
· Experience in the fast-food service industry is considered an asset
· Superior customer service knowledge, skills and abilities
· An effective communicator coupled with the ability to coach and develop team members
· Strong problem-solving skills coupled with effective decision-making abilities
· Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent time management and prioritization skills with a strong sense of urgency
