We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Store Manager to lead our retail team and ensure the smooth operation of our store. REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role is essential.

• Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience in sales management with a track record of achieving targets.
• Strong organisational skills with effective time management capabilities.
• Proficient in merchandising techniques to enhance product visibility and appeal.
• Administrative experience is beneficial for managing reports and documentation effectively.

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Conduct regular training sessions for staff to enhance product knowledge and improve sales techniques.
• Prepare reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and staff performance for management review.
• Ensure the store is clean, organised, and well-maintained at all times.
