  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for staff to enhance product knowledge and improve sales techniques.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and staff performance for management review.
  • Ensure the store is clean, organised, and well-maintained at all times.
