Role Overview
We are looking for a Store Manager to lead our Southgate Edmonton location. The ideal candidate will be passionate about beauty, customer service, and team leadership. You will manage day-to-day operations, drive sales performance, and build a high-performing, customer-focused team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of beauty advisors
• Ensure excellent customer service and team engagement
• Monitor sales and KPIs to meet and exceed targets
• Oversee inventory, restocking, and visual merchandising
• Maintain store cleanliness and health & safety compliance
• Collaborate with head office for promotions and local marketing
• Ensure POS accuracy and daily cash reconciliation
• Manage scheduling, onboarding, and employee training

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience (do not has to be manager but retail experience request, beauty industry preferred)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient with POS systems and basic computer skills
• Have knowledge on Asian beauty skincare
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
