STORE MANAGER LOCATION: PAR MAR STORE 126, 237 SOUTH CHURCH STREET, RIPLEY, WV, 25271 JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of Par Mar Store 126 in Ripley, WV. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing profitability. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Recruit, train, and supervise store staff * Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service * Manage inventory levels and order products as needed * Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics * Maintain a clean and organized store environment REQUIREMENTS: * Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar managerial role * Excellent leadership and organizational skills * Strong communication and interpersonal abilities * Knowledge of retail management best practices * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
