As a Store Manager at Victoria’s Secret you’ll take ownership of the success of your store, inspiring your team to achieve their targets and create the very best customer experience everyday. You’ll create space for your team to share their perspectives and collaborate with partners across the business to help us evolve and grow Keep your store safe - You’ll make sure the store is compliant, organised and prepared for every launch, layout change and moment that matters, keeping both your team and customers safe and supported About You You have experience leading a fast-paced store and a track record of delivering strong results through people, service and operational excellence You demonstrate a strong understanding of how to lead and deliver a company strategy, driving strong performance and results You have a passion for retail - You have a passion for all things retail whether it be front or back of house.
