• Management of the team and the day-to-day operations of the store.
• Achieve monthly KPI’S by selling Vodafone products and services.
• Maintain strong knowledge of all Vodafone products, price plans, promotions, and services.
• Advise customers of our products and services across our portfolio of mobile, broadband, TV, accessories and associated services.
• Provide Training, mentoring and guidance to the sales team.
• Deliver exceptional customer assistance and service related to Vodafone products and services to achieve a positive outcome related to customers’ issues, needs or queries.
• Ensure all administration associated with the role is completed correctly.
• Be guided by the Vodafone values of speed, simplicity, trust and customer focus
• Be an ambassador for the Vodafone brand
