We are looking for a new Store Manager W/M for our new Salomon store in Copenhagen! As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for building and leading a high performing store team to ensure that they: - Achieve set goals - Effectively execute brand standards - Deliver operational excellence - Adhere to financial targets - Be a proactive and positive team player You will provide the highest level of customer experience and deliver the vision of the brand, supporting and mentoring the Assistant Store Manager and the Store Team with their personal and career development. Your key responsibilities: Leadership - You will motivate and inspire the team by articulating the compelling vision for the store, reflecting and maximizing the power of the Salomon brand - You will manage all aspects of the store scorecard: people, operations, finance and customers to deliver consistently high performing results Customer Service - You will act as a role model and ensure that the team understands the customer's needs and profile, so they can deliver consistently high-quality service - You will be present and visible on the shop floor, interacting with customers and team members Operations - You will effectively manage the store inventory levels ensuring the market and customer needs are met - You will deliver operational best practice through partnership with the District Manager - You will oversee activities, adhering to building safety, health and safety standards and inspections; maintaining a safe and secure environment for the team and customers Sales and Finance - You will manage the resources to achieve the budgeted level of operating expenses and the in-store customer service experience - You will monitor a loss prevention program to protect the company’s inventory and assets - You will deliver the P&L and retail KPI’s in line with budget and forecast Management - You will effectively lead the in-store team recruitment - You will work with the ASM to ensure that all members of the team receive effective onboarding and ongoing training and education - You will actively support and deliver the personal career development opportunities of the store team SAL/FR Qualifications • You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in a retail leadership position, ideally in the footwear industry • You are a true People-First Manager • You have a passion for sports and fashion combined with a strong professional mindset • You love interacting with customers and creating exceptional experiences • You can demonstrate experience in building strong customer relationships • You are motivated, eager to learn, and open to change and continuous improvement • Proficiency in MS Office and understanding of key retail performance indicators • You are fluent in English and in Danish • You are willing to work a shift schedule, including evenings and weekends • If you are also familiar with our Salomon products, that would be fantastic!
