Our NEW Warringah Mall store is looking for a passionate and experienced Store Manager to lead the team and elevate the customer experience.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As our Store Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the store - ensuring operations run smoothly, sales soar, and every customer feels like they’ve stepped into a world of beauty, confidence, and joy.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Leading daily store operations and inspiring your team to exceed KPIs.
• Delivering a premium customer experience with a service-first mindset.
• Coaching, mentoring, and developing your team in product knowledge and client care.
• Managing recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and development plans.
• Planning rosters and overseeing payroll/timesheet accuracy.
• Driving merchandising and visual standards that reflect our brand.
• Managing inventory levels, analysing sales trends, and planning promotions.
• Liaising with shopping centre management and external suppliers.
• Acting as a brand ambassador on the floor, engaging customers and energising your team.
