• Running the show: Oversee daily food truck operations, including opening/closing, rostering, stock management, and quality control
• Leading the team: Train, coach, and motivate FOH and BOH crew to deliver top-tier service and maintain strong team morale
• Serving with pride: Handle customer interactions, resolve issues with professionalism, and ensure everyone leaves with a smile
• Keeping it clean & compliant: Ensure all health, hygiene, and food safety standards are consistently met
