Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous retail clothing management experience (Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar role).
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and driving sales.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop a team.
  • Good commercial awareness with an understanding of KPIs and store performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • A passion for fashion, knitwear, and representing the WoolOvers brand.
  • Flexibility to work some weekends and peak trading periods as required
Responsibilities

STORE MANAGER ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Store Manager to lead our new Norwich store. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, have previous clothing experience with a genuine love for delivering outstanding service and creating a memorable shopping experience. You will be responsible for coaching and motivating your team, ensuring they embody the WoolOvers brand values, and driving performance through excellent service and operational standards. As Store Manager, you will play a key role in building and nurturing a loyal customer base, representing the brand with pride, and maximising the store’s success.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
  • Implement effective visual merchandising to drive sales.
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Conduct regular staff training sessions to enhance product knowledge and improve customer engagement.
  • Monitor sales performance and KPI’s.
  • Maintain an organised store environment that reflects the brand’s values and enhances the shopping experience.
