As a Store Manager at Zumiez, you will:

• Develop and Empower Teams: Recruit, training & development of a high-performing sales team to build depth and drive results.
• Drive Sales Performance: Lead both individual and store-wide sales initiatives to meet and exceed company profit goals.
• Execute Operational Excellence: Champion the daily execution of merchandising, product flow, and operational tasks to keep the store running smooth and sharp.
• Control Costs: Manage schedule writing and daily performance to meet payroll and inventory standards
