JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our retail location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen understanding of retail management, and the ability to foster a positive work environment.

SKILLS

• Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with vendors.
• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions.
• Proven experience in retail sales management with a focus on team management and leadership.
• Proficient in Point of Sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of grocery store operations is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with administrative tasks including budgeting, payroll, and inventory control is essential.
