• Cazalys Palmerston Club is looking for a full time duty manager to join our team. The successful applicant will possess the following attributes, Proficiency in gaming, food and beverage management with minimum two (2) years' experience is essential.
• Strong understanding of Gaming,Keno and TAB facilities.
• Maintaining a high standard of service to all patrons, while ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations.
• Ensure smooth running of the club on designated shifts.
• Complete all cash reconciliations in an accurate and timely manner.
• Proactively supervise all staff by providing clear and consistent direction, ensuring that high standards are adhered to at all times, as well as promoting a harmonious team environment.
• Be willing to take responsibility and accountability.
• Ability to mentor and train staff.
• The right candidate must have excellent communication skills and a strong customer service focus, as well as be professionally presented and groomed at all times.
• A committed, trustworthy and responsible individual is what we are looking for. The candidate must be flexible and available to work nights (at least 2-3/week), weekends, public holidays, when rostering demands this.

Store Manager position

Farmer Jack’s Supermarkets are a WA based independent supermarket, currently with 12 stores both North and South of Perth and we are now expanding our offer and we are looking for Enthusiastic Store Managers to join our team.

As Store Manager, you'll be at the forefront of the business and a highly experienced retail professional, accountable for all aspects of your store.

What is required from you in this role is a genuine passion and enthusiasm for Retail and merchandising, an enthusiasm in managing and leading your team to deliver on agreed results and standards.

This is a hands-on Fulltime salary roll offering 45 hours per week and you will report directly to the Store Advisor.

Duties include but are not limited to

• Ability to coach, Lead and manage your team for success.
• Maximising sales and profit in the store. 
• Controlling costs.
• Ensuring all company policies and procedures are being adhered to.
• Effective ordering and merchandising. Receiving, replenishing and maintaining high standards of stock presentation in the store.
• Juggling multiple things at once, motivating others and keeping calm under pressure.
• Controlling Shrinkage and Markdowns within all departments.
• Stock control and stocktakes.
• Providing the highest level of customer service.

Experience in similar role preferred
