The Cotswold Company, the premium handcrafted furniture and homeware brand, was founded in 1996 in the heart of the Cotswolds and specialises in thoughtfully designed, carefully crafted furniture and accessories, built to last using traditional woodworking technique
We’re looking for an energetic and organised Store Marketing Executive to join our team, supporting the delivery and execution of marketing campaigns in general, with specific focus on the planning & execution of campaigns developed to support our growing store estate. This role is vital in ensuring store marketing is impactful, timely, and aligned with our business objectives.
The successful candidate will play a key role in planning and executing new store openings, store campaigns, and in-store events, as well as tracking store performance and using insights to shape future activity. They will also be the key point of contact for coordinating store activity across the wider marketing function and will own all store cross channel marketing briefs.

Responsibilities

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Store support campaigns and store marketing execution
  • Store opening campaigns and events-planning and execution
  • Store performance tracking and insights - identify trends, opportunities, risks
  • Cross-functional co-ordination of activity as it relates to store performance and business needs

KEY DUTIES OF THIS ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

  • Manage end-to-end execution of store marketing campaigns, from briefing media agencies, assessing media recommendations and booking media, to briefing asset creation and overseeing print requirement. Campaign development will relate to new store openings and the existing store estate support.
  • Co-ordinate store marketing activity across the estate, ensuring consistent and timely delivery of all materials.
  • Organise store events and take a leading role in executing opening events and other store activities.
  • Support the planning and execution of key brand events, including new store opening campaigns.
  • Be the first point of contact for marketing enquiries from stores, pro-actively work with store to identify local opportunities.
