Responsibilities

As a key player in our operations, you’ll help ensure a smooth and efficient supply chain that supports fleet maintenance. By effectively managing spare parts, tools, and equipment, your contribution will directly impact the reliability and readiness of our aircraft.

  • Checking in components and entering data with precision.
  • Keeping track of parts with expiry dates and making sure replacements are ordered on time.
  • Handling urgent requests (AOG) and coordinating fast shipments.
  • Managing imports and exports, including hazardous goods.
  • Loading and unloading deliveries – sometimes using forklifts or other equipment.
  • Keeping the workspace tidy and organized, and helping with regular stock checks.

Occasionally traveling to support other company locations in DUB or ARN and attending training sessions.
