Te Tūranga – About the role As a Project Administrator, you’ll provide high‑quality administrative and coordination support to projects delivering improved back‑office services for our Member stores and internal teams. Working within our future‑focused Financial Operations / Store Office Support environment, you’ll support project leads to ensure initiatives are well documented, efficiently tracked, and delivered successfully. Key responsibilities include: Providing day‑to‑day administration and coordination support across Store Office Support projects Maintaining project plans, schedules, reports, and documentation Coordinating meetings, workshops, training sessions, and follow‑up actions Supporting stakeholder communications and governance reporting Contributing to continuous improvement of project administration processes and tools This is a fixed term role until October 2026.
