Key Responsibilities Assist in the coordination of daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. Support inventory management, including receiving, organizing, and tracking stock levels. Monitor store performance and identify opportunities for process improvements. Collaborate with store management and staff to enhance overall efficiency. Provide administrative support for scheduling, reporting, and operational tasks. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience). 1–3 years of experience in store operations, retail support, or administrative roles. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic inventory management tools.
