We are seeking a motivated and responsible individual to join our team as a Store Operations & Delivery Driver.
This role combines in-store duties (inventory management, customer service) with field responsibilities (delivery, setup, and pickup of medical equipment).

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 75 lbs) with assistance when needed
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Experience in delivery, warehouse, or medical equipment industry is an asset (training provided)

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming medical equipment
• Assist customers in-store with product information and rentals
• Safely deliver and set up medical equipment in customers’ homes (e.g., hospital beds, lift chairs, patient lifts)
• Demonstrate safe use of equipment to customers and caregivers
• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment
• Load/unload delivery vehicle while ensuring items are secured and protected
• Keep accurate delivery and service records
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store/workspace
