As part of the MHL Hotel Collection, The 4* Spencer Hotel is in prime location overlooking the River Liffey in the heart of Dublin’s financial district. Home to 209 guest bedrooms, 8 Meeting rooms, The Spencer Cocktail Bar & East Restaurant. We are now looking to recruit experienced Stores Assistant to join our dynamic team in The Spencer Hotel. Overlooking the River Liffey in the heart of Dublin’s financial district, the hotel is located within 10 minutes’ walk from O’Connell Street, with easy access to Connolly & Dublin Docklands Dart & commuter train stations. The Luas and Dublin Bus services are also within minutes’ walk from the Hotel.

Responsibilities
  • Receive all deliveries, and ensure delivered to the right areas and stored correctly
  • Communicate effectively with the hotel management team in relation to deliveries and procedures
  • Manage invoices and PO’s in line with hotel procedures
  • Will issue weekly Procure Wizard food and beverage flash reports
  • Assist with stock orientated reporting/analysis
  • Assist with F&B stocktakes if needed and on weekends if required from time to time
  • Keep delivery areas clean
  • Keep all beverage storerooms clean
  • Data analysis and administrative support to support procurement manager / purchasing projects
  • Document supplier metrics, pricing analysis, monthly/quarterly reporting of KPI’s, savings reporting)
  • Provide analytical support to accounting team
  • Provide periodic and Ad Hoc reports to management
