Description ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in regular cycle counts to validate physical inventory against system records. Assist in maintaining an organized and well stocked inventory storage area. Make parts runs and drop offs as needed. Respond promptly to urgent requests for critical parts or supplies. Unload delivery truck via forklift. Collaborate with purchasing, maintenance and production to understand immediate needs. Prioritize and expediate deliveries based on urgency of request. Ensure company vehicle used for parts running is well maintained. Follow all safety guidelines and procedures while handling and transporting parts and equipment. Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or equivalent education; trade school or college preferred. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably manufacturing or industrial setting. Familiarity with inventory tracking systems and basic computer skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast paced environment.
