Founded in 2018 - Millie & Ralph has grown to be a leading online retailer of baby clothing and gifts.
In 2022, we launched our flagship Nursery Store stocking all leading brands of pushchairs, car seats and nursery furniture. Due to continued growth, we are looking for additional part time sales advisors to join our team.
We pride ourselves on offering exceptional service and advice to both parents and parents to be. We are looking for team members with excellent sales and customer service skills who will thrive on customer satisfaction and helping customers find the perfect products for them and their new arrivals.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Advise and support customers through excellent product knowledge of pushchairs, car seats and nursery furniture.
  • Offer exceptional customer service in store, over the phone and by email
  • Drive sales through upselling and recommendations
  • Be confident in holding 1-1 personal shopping experiences
  • Maintain visual merchandise in store as well as keeping the store clean, tidy and presentable
  • Be confident with all social media channels including, Instagram, Tiktok & Facebook. (To assist with product features and demonstration videos)

Experience working within a nursery store is desirable, however not essential as full product training will be provided.
Please note that the store is open 7 days a week so weekend working will be required for all positions on a rota.
Hours required would be 3 days a week with weekends on a rota basis.
Pay dependant on experience to be discussed.
