JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in retail sales or technical sales is preferred but not required.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining store displays and inventory records.
• Proficient in using POS systems and handling cash transactions accurately.
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with customers.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• A positive attitude with a passion for helping customers find the right products.

• AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to enhance customer knowledge and drive sales.
• Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including handling cash and credit card payments.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed.
• Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and conducting regular inventory checks.
• Provide excellent phone etiquette when addressing customer inquiries or concerns over the phone.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
• Utilize strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods.
