Responsibilities

  • Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including handling cash and credit card payments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed.
  • Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and conducting regular inventory checks.
  • Provide excellent phone etiquette when addressing customer inquiries or concerns over the phone.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
