JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Sales Executive to join our team. As a Store - Retail Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store’s operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Knowledge of the wireless telecommunications industry.
  • Proven experience as a Store Sales Executive or similar role in a retail environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Solid understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Proficient in using POS systems and other retail software applications
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
  • Knowledge of inventory management techniques

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Ensure the store is clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing
  • Monitor and achieve sales targets, while maximizing profitability
  • Train, supervise, and motivate store staff to provide excellent customer service
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer satisfaction
  • Oversee inventory management to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize shrinkage
  • Utilize point-of-sale (POS) system RQ (IQ Metrix) to process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Handle cash handling procedures and maintain accurate cash register balances
  • Interview, hire, and train new employees as needed
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
