Description Starting pay $17 an hour PLUS $2 premium pay on weekends! Weekends and Holidays required. Shift to be a mix of Evening and Day hours. We have a variety of unique gift items, accessories for their big rigs and healthy grab and go foods! Responsibilities Leading your team to increase sales and customer satisfaction. Assisting customers in the selection and purchase of merchandise. Always provide exceptional customer service. Operation of a cash register. Maintaining accurate cash drawers and deposits. Overseeing Staff, keeping them motivated and on task. Assisting with and deescalating any customer complaints or concerns. Ability to work as a team and provide friendly and quality service. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Friendly and helpful personality with a willingness to assist customers promptly Previous retail and supervisory experience are a plus Must be able to work well with others Ability to stand for 10 hours during scheduled shift Benefits: Paid every Friday!
