As a Store Shift Supervisor at Wag N Wash, you’ll help lead the team during your shift, ensuring a great experience for every neighbor and their pets. You’ll balance customer service, team support, and daily operations to keep the store running efficiently. What You’ll Do Lead team members by example, delivering excellent customer service Support daily operations and help ensure a smooth, efficient shift Assign tasks and help team members manage priorities and time Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations Process transactions, support the register, and handle returns or issues Place and manage special orders and online order fulfillment Reconcile cash drawers and complete end-of-day procedures Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment Step in to support the team wherever needed during busy periods You May Be a Great Fit If You Are a reliable, hands-on leader who leads by example Have strong customer service and communication skills Are organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Enjoy working with pets and people Requirements and Responsibilities 2+ years of retail experience Strong customer service and sales skills Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar tools Ability to stand, bend, stoop, twist, and move for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 65 lbs Ability to climb ladders and perform physical store tasks Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible schedules (evenings, weekends, holidays) Must be 18+ years old and able to meet hiring requirements set by the local franchise owner
