Responsibilities/Qualifications What You’ll Do To help lead our Wag pack and maximize productivity, we need you to: Lead team members by example. Both you and your team should understand and embody the company’s values at all times. Ensure team members comply with Wag N' Wash personnel policies and procedures as listed in the Team Member Handbook. Assign tasks while helping team members manage their time. When it comes to store operations, you will: Place special orders, fill online orders and notify customers when orders are ready. Complete all assignments as directed by leadership. Reconcile cash drawers and execute end-of-day reports. What You Need to Get the Job Done 2+ years of retail experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong sales and customer service skills are a must. Ability to climb ladders, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to work flexible schedules, have reliable transportation, and must pass the drug screening (where allowed by law) and be 18 years or older.
