About the Role: The Store & Snack Bar Worker plays a vital role in ensuring a positive customer experience by efficiently managing daily operations within the store and snack bar environment. This position requires attentiveness to customer needs, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and handling transactions accurately. The worker will be responsible for preparing and serving snacks and beverages while adhering to health and safety standards. Additionally, this role involves inventory management and restocking to ensure product availability. Ultimately, the Store & Snack Bar Worker contributes to a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business and customer satisfaction. Minimum Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Basic math skills for handling cash transactions. * Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and stocking. * Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Preferred Qualifications: * Previous experience in retail, food service, or customer service roles. * Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards. * Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems. * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. * Bilingual skills to assist a diverse customer base. Responsibilities: * Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing inquiries and providing product information. * Prepare and serve snacks, beverages, and other menu items according to established recipes and safety guidelines. * Operate cash registers and handle monetary transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and snack bar areas, including dining spaces and food preparation zones. * Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves and supplies as needed, and report any shortages or discrepancies to management. * Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations to provide a safe environment for customers and staff. * Collaborate with team members to support smooth daily operations and contribute to a positive work environment.
