Description

The Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Management Team in the store to deliver on all results and targets.

Duties include;

  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
  • Manage and supervise a team of sales assistants.
  • Provide training and development to staff.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising.
  • Manage stock levels.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Ensure a clean and safe store environment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage cash handling and financial transactions.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure excellent customer service at all times.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Store Supervisor or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle cash and financial transactions accurately.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising.
  • Ability to train and develop staff.
  • Strong attention to detail

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From €14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
