We are an Asian Fusion Store located in downtown Montreal, specializing in Korean and Japanese beauty products. As we prepare for our grand opening, we are looking for passionate individuals who are interested in beauty products and the retail industry to join our team.
Requirements:
1. Language Skills: Fluency in English and French is preferred.
2. Experience: Retail experience is an asset.
3. Work Ethic: Reliable, service-oriented, and a team player.
4. Work Permit: Must have a valid work permit.
5. Management Experience: Prior management experience is preferred.
6. Long-Term Commitment: We are looking for candidates who can commit long-term.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations and management.
- Ensure customers have an excellent shopping experience.
- Assist the team in achieving sales targets.
- Handle inventory management and product displays.
- Train and support new team members.
