Company Description The role of the Store Supervisor is to make sure that the store operates according to the company’s standards, processes, and procedures and to work towards achieving the desired goals participating in the overall success of our retail network. The job position concerns the company’s store in Crete (Heraklion). Job Description Supervising the daily workflow of the store; opening, closure, daily sales targets, arrivals and returns etc. Managing and motivating employees to work based on the company’s customer service standards Monitoring store’s performance along with the Area Manager; Being responsible for meeting agreed KPIs Training new staff members and being responsible for the overall success of the team Addressing customers' requests, comments, and complaints ensuring high level customers’ satisfaction Working closely with a number of departments such as Supply Management, IT, Accounting, Marketing, HR, etc. in order to perform several operational tasks Implementing policies and procedures based on company standards Performing other related tasks as necessary Qualifications Working experience of at least three years as a retail store supervisor Experience in the apparel fashion industry will be considered an advancement University Degree in any discipline will be consider a plus Proficient user of MS Office.
